Once you have selected your apartment, Millshomes will agree the amount of rent that you will be guaranteed for 12 months.
Rental guarantee means that Millshomes will have sole right of rental management for the guarantee period.
*Millshomes’ letting fee is 10% of the rental value plus a one off finders fee of £250.
